Poor Eating Habits

Bad eating habits directly contribute to our risk of being obese or overweight.

Some habits we may have developed as adults, such as skipping meals, eating away from home or in front of the television, or eating sweet or heavy foods late at night. Others may be a hand-me-down from childhood, “You must finish everything on your plate.”

Whatever the cause, the result is the same, discounting the internal guidance of your body for a habituated eating response.
