Neuro-Linguistic Therapy: The NLP therapeutic process is about recognising and changing the cognitive and behavioural patterns that drive our experience. The objective of treatment is to resolve the patterns that are no longer serving us at both a somatic and unconscious level.

Behavioural Coaching: Behavioural coaching is used to identify patterns of thinking and behaviour that are no longer serving and to replace them with positive behaviours.
